What’s stopping you from living your happiest life?
When I first came to Access Consciousness I knew that it was possible to be happy and joyful all the time. I knew this, I just couldn’t get to it on a regular basis. I was the queen of self-sabotage. Anyone else?
The more alternative and complimentary therapies that I experienced either as a client or on a course, the more I began to notice a lightening up in my attitude to life. I was getting happy in spite of the sabotage and this makes me laugh so much now. All along I had the choice to be different and gradually I got there.
I was so hungry for more and more and more that I regularly invested in me to unearth the me I truly be.
Recently someone that I hadn’t seen for about five years attended one of my Access Bars® training days. At the end of the day she gave me a side long look and she commented, “You’re different now.’ And I am. I am a different person to the one she last saw five years ago.
She had been following me on Facebook for some time and was seeing this change and knew that this was something that she also desired. She didn’t have a word for it. She just knew she craved the change that she saw in me. This was me seven years ago. I met someone who wasn’t happy, she became happy and I knew that that energy was what was lacking in me.
After she made her comment I responded with, “I am so happy now.” I am happy even when challenges occur and I am happy as my eyes open in a morning before I have connected with the day ahead. I can honestly say that I am the happiest I have ever been in my entire life. How does it get any better than this? The tools and techniques that I use every day, that are from Access Consciousness®, have opened the doors for me to connect with the being that I truly be. It’s from this space of being that I now function. While there is a lot of doing to be done, this blog wouldn’t get written without the doing, I choose to BE, before anything else. For the purpose of this blog I am choosing to BE happy. 🙂
Who’s responsible for your happiness? Hint. You are. What will you choose for you now? What is your happiness worth to you? How much are you willing to invest in you to get to the happiness that you truly be?
