There is so much to Smile about and here is a sample of some of the things that I am smiling about right now. How about you? What are you smiling about?

Home from Holiday

I cannot truly begin to express in words the different that I be since my holiday in St Ives, Cornwall.

Wow, it was so needed and so, so magical. Just thinking of St Ives, it’s energy and the colours that hang in the air,  and I smile.

The weather gifted us beautiful warm and sunny days, nearly every day.

The beach, for me, was irresistible. I woke to the sound of it every day as we had a house very close to the beach.

Sitting on that beach, most days, and listening to the different sounds, colours and space that the sea can be, filled me with a calmness that I still have and ask for every day.   Slowing down was so required by my body and I have been mindful and grateful of this every day since getting home. How does it get any better than this?

Storyhouse Theatre

Storyhouse is the local theatre that we have in Chester and it is now fully open and functioning. Yay!

There are so many new productions coming up and I for one am so grateful for the energy that this building and the people in it are creating.

One of those people is my daughter who is a stage manager with Storyhouse.

The hours that she works are insane, to me. On the other hand she is so glad to be back doing the work that she loves that the physical exhaustion she experiences is negated by the joy she has for her job and the waggy tail of Jessie dog as she walks through the door at the end of her day.  🙂

October 31st

This date  has so much happening on and with it and here are just three things that I’d like to share with you.

First of all this is the day that British Summer time ends. Boo-hoo! Ha-haaaaaaa! (Remember to put your clocks back an hour, i.e. you will have an extra hour in your day.)

It’s also the time for celebrating the harvest and bounty that the Earth produces for us all. Thank you Earth.

October 31st is Halloween. If you are celebrating Halloween, have a great time trick or treating, dressing up, pumpkin carving and watching scary films. I know that here at home we will be watching ‘Nightmare before Christmas’. It’s a must see for us. What is your must see Halloween film?

Access Bars® training is available to you on this date.

Access Bars® has changed so much in my world and I offer these training dates as often as I possibly can for you to choose this and discover what may just change things in your world. No guarantees, just possibilities.

Book here.
